Saturday was my 5th session in SMALL BOOKS, MINI-JOURNALS, AND ZINES, an online workshop with Eric Scott. We only have 1 more class on the 26th. I had a fabulous time trying out books made with file cards and dividers (3X5″). I also tried making a small book with organic shaped windows and one with lots of flaps. I do not know how I will fill my new books—-words or images or both? It is exciting to experiment and play!

I am an artist and teacher working with fiber, fabric, and mixed media collage. I love providing art instruction for all ages. I also teach Zentangle, a special, meditative drawing technique that focuses the mind and releases creativity. My Certified Zentangle Teacher training (2012) was made possible by a Chris Clark Fellowship award from the Arts Council of Greater Lansing. My mission is to guide others to an artFULL path.
