I had loads of fun at “Liberated Houses” yesterday—a quilt workshop with Barb Vedder (Barb Vedder). She was a delightful teacher and provided much cheerful inspiration. Once again, the Greater Ann Arbor Quilt Guild and Washtenaw County Community College were pleasant hosts. Barb’s lecture focusing on using scraps and scrap quilts on Saturday morning was also enjoyable and interesting. The class was wonderful and my fellow students were very creative!

I am an artist and teacher working with fiber, fabric, and mixed media collage. I love providing art instruction for all ages. I also teach Zentangle, a special, meditative drawing technique that focuses the mind and releases creativity. My Certified Zentangle Teacher training (2012) was made possible by a Chris Clark Fellowship award from the Arts Council of Greater Lansing. My mission is to guide others to an artFULL path.
